Kent Captains Day

Last week saw Myself, Nigel Warne, John Coupe and Nigel Digweed compete in the Kent Captains Day at West Kent Golf Club. It was a fantastic day and the company was almost as good as the golf! We ended the round with a score of -17 under which saw us finish in second place, missing out by 1 shot. I look foward to participating in the event next year and hope to go one better!

Captain Pro Match

This week, the Captain and myself took on the deadly duo of Chris Dorsett and Lokesh. It was a tough fought match which ended in a half BUT... The opponent must win the match in order to claim victory over the Captain/Pro so that does go down as a win for ourselves! In all seriousness, it was a enjoyable match with great company and i'm sure they will be seeking revenge in a rematch next year!

Mens Open

The Mens Open was held on Sunday at the Golf Club and the event was as great as ever. Matt Gibson from Chislehurst Golf Club put his name on the trophy for the 3rd time with rounds of 73 and 74. I would also like to pass my congratulations on to all the winners on the day!


 

Tom Muchmore 

On the 23rd of September, Tom will be flying out to France for European Tour Q School. We would like to wish Tom all the best! 

Alfie Cannon  

As of the end of November, Alfie will have completed the PGA level 1 coaching course and will be able to participate in coaching with the guidance of myself. I am fully aware of his ambitions and excitement to teach in the future and I look forward to sharing my expertise with him.
