Fitting news

Callaway demo day

On Friday, 6th April we will be hosting a Callaway demo day between 10am - 2pm, which is also Masters Friday. We only have 5 spaces left, so make sure you get your name down quick, so you don't miss out.

You'll have the chance to try and be fitted for the new Rogue and Epic range from Callaway, and the Callaway fitting technician will also be there to help. This is a great opportunity for to try out these great products and we will have every head and shaft option available.

The Masters

The Masters sweepstake draw 2018

The Masters is now less than a month away, it’s the time of year that the sweepstake draw goes up in the Pro Shop.

How it works is each square is randomly assigned to one of the players, the cost is £5 per square and there will be £500 worth of prizes based on a full field.
The draw will be done on Tuesday 3rd April.

Ladies group coaching update

It was great to see 10 ladies turn up for the group coaching on Tuesday, however going forward this will be restricted to 6 per class, but don’t worry we will offer a extra class at 11am-12pm also, so please let us know if you would like to attend. Times are Tuesdays at 10am.

Our new era has begun

Last week you received an email from us asking for your help. It wasn’t anything too onerous or time-consuming; simply sparing 20 seconds of your time to complete your golfing profile.

The reason we’re asking you to do this is so that we can start sending you personalised content that is more relevant to your golfing needs. For example, if you’re a lady golfer with a handicap of 28 then the weekly emails you receive will include ladies product that will be suited to your playing ability. Likewise, if you’re a gentleman off 12, we will begin sending you content that will help you to get your handicap down to the holy grail of single-figure digits.

A lot has been made of the exciting crop of young golfers at the top of the world rankings right now – and rightly so – but it’s been the old guard who has been grabbing all the headlines in recent weeks.

Following up Mickelson’s triumph at the WGC a couple of weeks ago was England’s Paul Casey, who secured a one-shot victory at last week’s Valspar Championship from none other than a certain Tiger Woods.
