Fancy a couple days away this summer?

Tom and myself are trying to arrange 2 days away to France with members wanting a couple days away.

We are going to arrange it with Golfbreaks and we will include coaching and Golf and have a nice social 2 days away.

If anyone is interested then please speak to myself or Tom.

In the meantime, we will get some dates together and let you know in due course when they will be and what courses we will play.

Ashford Pro Am

As many of you know and played in last year, we are proud to announce that we have the date for our Pro Am.

It is on August 11th, so a nicer time of year than last year and the course will be at its best.

To make the Pro-Am work well, we need at least 25 teams- this can include members and visitors so if you know anyone outside of the club who you think would like to play then please show your interest to the Pro Shop or office.

If anyone would like to sponsor this event and have a banner on a certain tee box then please let us know as these will fill up quick.

Masters sweepstake well supported

Not long now until the Masters, one of my favourite events of the year. I still believe Rory is the one to beat both for this tournament and the Open at St Andrews this year.

The sweepstakes are going well, £5 per ticket or 3 for £12. Great prizes to be won.

There are still spaces left for the 5 Club Competition and the Shogun Start on the 22nd March, times are filling up quickly so please get your names down to avoid disappointment.

Masters night at Ashford Golf club

The Masters is not far away and as many of you may remember from last year, the Pro Shop holds a Masters night. 
This will include Tom and myself playing 18 holes with the members and after we will all have some dinner
and watch the golf. 
Last year's winner was Josh Wise, who will win this year?? 
To enter please call in to the Pro Shop, the date is Friday 10th April.

Buggy's back as of 1st April

Now as the course has dried out, we look forward to the buggy's coming back. We will have brand new buggy's and they will be available on the 1st April so if you have any Golf days or society days and you need the buggy's, please call the Pro Shop to book these Demo Days

Upcoming demo days

Friday 3rd April between 10am and 2pm, we have Lynx coming to the club with their latest products, Ladies if you are looking for a new set at great prices then this are for you.

Thursday 16th April, we have Callaway coming to the club between 1pm and 5 pm with their full range, times are filling up quick for this so please call the shop to get booked in.

Friday 17th April, Titleist will be here with their new 915 products and a full range of Vokey wedges. If you want to upgrade to these great products, please just turn up between 3pm and 7pm and get fitted up, I promise you won't be disappointed.
