Well another good week at Ashford golf club with plenty going on.

On Saturday we had our junior open with a good sized field and it was great to see our Ashford boys do fantastic. James Wright won the best nett score with a 64 , but had a gross 77- his lowest score to date in competition , well done James great work. Josh Wise was also a winner, he won the Linsdell Cup- another trophy to add to his collection! Well done boys, you are making us at the club very proud. 

 

On Sunday we had the Colville Cup which was won by A Checkley with a nett 67, and in a close second was B Hearnden with a nett 68. Well done to all competitors who support all the competitions.

This weekend we have the Club Championships, good luck to all of you, let's hope for some great weather.

Pro Am

Please remember if you would like to play in our Pro Am, enter in the Pro Shop on the notice board. It is great to see the sheet if filling up quickly so please enter to avoid disappointment.

Ben Barham is trying to retain his title this year, let's see what happens as we have some fantastic professionals playing this year.
